The Demolition Assistance Program (DAP) is designed for both Residential AND Commercial property owners to receive reimbursement funds of up to $2,500 for Residential and up to $3,500 for Commercial upon completion of their demolition project.
These funds act as reimbursement to offset any accrued project expenses such as contractor fees, material removal and landfill costs.
The DAP is part of the Phillips County Improvement Plan; an initiative designed to spur redevelopment and investment within the local community. The removal of dangerous or dilapidated structures is essential to future community development and enhancement!
Application instructions and rules are found on the application form below. Annual program funds are limited and will be approved on a first-come, first serve basis.
**Applications will not be accepted for projects that are either completed or currently in progress.**
Program awards may be subject to a 1099. All applicants must submit a W9 with the application for filing purposes.
