Financial Assistance for Business Education & Training
The PCED Education Reimbursement Program is a new workforce development initiative designed to help local businesses strengthen their teams through education, training, and skill development. Eligible Phillips County businesses can receive 50% reimbursement (up to $500) for approved courses, training, and conferences that support employee growth and long‑term workforce readiness. Applications must be submitted by the business owner, whether applying for themselves or for their employees. This program is an investment in the people who power our local economy.
