We are seeking an energetic and compassionate LPN to join our Medical Clinic team. This role is ideal for an LPN who is focused on providing patient-centered excellence. The Clinic Nurse supports the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care at Phillips County Medical Clinic. Responsibilities include triaging patient calls, coordinating care with providers, administering medications and injections, performing authorized laboratory testing and venipuncture, managing prescription refills, and ensuring timely follow-up on laboratory results, imaging, and other diagnostic services. This role maintains accurate electronic medical records, supports patient education and communication, and helps ensure safe, efficient, and compliant clinical operations. Additional duties include maintaining medical supplies and equipment, supporting quality improvement initiatives, following infection control and regulatory standards, and assisting with clinic administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to providing compassionate, dependable care to our patients and community.
